These terms are the agreement between you and yafla Inc., a Canadian corporation ("yafla", "we"), for using this website, yafla.com. By using the site, you agree to them. Our privacy policy says how we handle your information.

Our products

Each yafla product has its own terms of service, on the product's own site. When you use a product, its terms are the ones that apply to it. Software we build for clients is governed by our agreement with each client. These terms cover this website.

Using this site

You're welcome to read this site, and to link to and share its pages. Don't try to get into parts of it that aren't public, interfere with it or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.

What's ours

The site, its content and design, and the yafla name and logo belong to yafla Inc. So do the names and logos of our products, unless we say otherwise. Other companies' names and marks belong to their owners, and mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us.

Your feedback

We're glad to hear ideas and suggestions. If you send us some, we may use them freely, without owing you anything for them.

Other sites

This site links to other sites, including our products' own. We aren't responsible for sites we don't run, and a product's site has its own terms.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep this site running and its information right, but we can't promise it will always be available, complete or up to date. We may change or remove anything on it.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
